Unconditional Return Policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without stating any reason.

For goods, this period begins on the date when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives possession of the goods.

Where goods are delivered in multiple parts, the period begins when the last item is received.

How to Request a Return

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period:

After notifying us, the consumer must return the goods immediately, and no later than 7 calendar days after sending the withdrawal notice.

Return Costs

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

If an item does not correspond to the information provided on our website, has an initial defect, or was damaged during transportation, Giovanni Morra will arrange and cover the cost of the return.

Returned goods should include all items and accessories received with the order.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, within 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s individual specifications or clearly personalized for the consumer.
