Delivery Terms

Delivery outside of Georgia

International parcel shipments are temporarily paused. Rest assured, we are diligently working to resume this service as soon as possible and will keep you updated. Please check back with us soon.

At this point, it is possible to deliver items only to the following countries:  European countries, Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, USA and Canada.

  • Worldwide delivery rate depends on weight of the item;
  • You will receive your package within 10-15 business days;
  • Georgian Post will deliver the item to the address you provide upon purchase of the item.

In order to prevent issues with delivery of your order, you must provide correct and full information, as requested.

Do take into consideration that if you indicate an incorrect address, the package will be held in my warehouse and won't be sent unless you provide correct information. May this be the case, I will certainly send you a letter to the e-mail indicated by you.

 
Delivery within Georgia

 

Dear Customer, our same-day delivery and expedited 3-hour delivery services won't be available this week, due to ongoing works. We apologize for inconvenience.

Please, note that we are now experiencing a system-wide problem, which may sometimes lead to order cancellation. May that be the case, our customer support team will be reaching out to the email provided by you.

We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and thank you in advance for understanding.



Before placing the order, you can choose the desired delivery option for you:

* Self-service – takeaway from pop-up stand (Galleria Tbilisi, 2nd floor) — Free

* Same-day delivery in Tbilisi. Delivery within 3 hours. Order until 19:30  - GEL 15.00

* Same-day delivery in Tbilisi. Order until 18:00 - GEL 12.00

* Standard delivery within 3 working days (including Saturday) in Tbilisi  — GEL 5.00

* Standard delivery within 3-4 working days (including Saturday) outside of Tbilisi — GEL 10.00

Do take into consideration that the purchase will be delivered on weekdays until 19:00, on Saturdays until 16:00.

In order to receive your order without delays, you must present required information properly and fully.

If your purchase is not delivered due to absence from the indicated address or insufficient/incorrect address information, it will be considered delivered and you will not receive the money back. In this case, you may pick up your purchase yourself at the following address:

* Orders in Tbilisi will be returned to the Giovanni Morra counter, located on the second floor of the Galleria Tbilisi shopping mall, within 2 business days of delivery date and will be stored for 5 business days. You must have a valid ID and the order number when you pick up your order.

* Undelivered orders outside of Tbilisi will be returned to the courier company office. You will find the courier company address and storage terms on a special card, left at the address indicated on your order. You must present a valid ID when you pick up your order from the courier company office.

    If you fail to visit the courier company office within the deadline indicated on the card, the order will be returned to Tbilisi – to the Giovanni Morra counter located on the second floor of the "Galleria Tbilisi" shopping mall within 3 business days of the indicated deadline and will be stored for 5 business days. You must have a valid ID and your order number when picking up your order.

    If you do not receive your order within 3 business days of placing the order and you did not find a card at the address indicated, you must instantly notify me by e-mail at customercare@giovannimorra.com


    Do take into consideration that the courier is not obliged to call you by phone prior to delivery. Therefore, you must indicate the address where the courier will definitely be able to drop off the package, without prior agreement.
